State of AI Report: Compute Index

With compute as a key substrate driving AI progress, we’ve now launched a new section of the State of AI Report: Compute Index.

We'll be tracking and live updating the size of public, private and national HPC clusters with a focus on NVIDIA A100 and H100 GPUs.

We will also look to add other compute platforms as data on them become available.

Here is what the chart currently looks like. If you have any pointers to new data that we should use to update the index, please ping us!
